| Detailed Description: | I purchased this product and can not seem to record with it. The battery is fully charged. (screen shows a full battery to verify this). I hold the on button and it does indeed turn on, and displays the eagle, and then what the lens is seeing, however whenever I push ANY other button (ie. record) it displays a black screen. Again, once I turn the device on, I can see all that the lens is seeing, even for 10 minutes and I'm sure longer, however once I push any button, it goes to a black screen. I really need this product to function correctly. What am I doing wrong. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you for your time. |
